Restaurant lyrique as they say in french. It's Michel Besmond's idea to mix opera and french haute cuisine. With the help of Veronique Chevallier a well known classical singer, they have imagined to offer to parisian and refined visitors the "lundis lyriques". During the dinner four ou five classical singers come every 15 minutes and sing a song from an opera. Andduring this time food at the table celebrate the gastronomic french touch.
