The place is nicely decorated but the overall atmosphere was "too formal" and I could say not so cosy. That's well reflected by the characterisation "Royal". The food was really good although quite expensive. We ordered a combo menu, and tasted more or less a lot of the Chinese cuisine. The staff was not particularly friendly but neither rude. The overall experience was not satisfying.
